Kindysport Term Program

Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) are the building blocks for participation in active play and sports. Learning skills like balance, throwing, running and kicking properly helps children to develop the confidence to participate in active play, school PE lessons, team sports and ultimately enjoy a lifetime love of being active. Children develop many of their fundamental movement skills between the ages of three to six years. In fact, movement specialists say these years are the most critical for learning.

Kindysport is an exciting sports readiness multi-sport program that introduces your child to FMS skills and a variety of sports in an encouraging environment. A fantastic range of age-appropriate games and equipment helps your child develop FMS and sports specific skills while building social skills, confidence and co-ordination.
