Multi-sport Classes for Toddlers and Preschoolers

Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) are the building blocks for participation in active play and sports for toddlers and preschoolers. Learning skills like balance, throwing, running and kicking properly helps children to develop the confidence to participate in active play, school PE lessons, team sports and ultimately enjoy a lifetime love of being active. Children develop many of their fundamental movement skills between the ages of three to six years. In fact, movement specialists say these years are the most critical for learning.

Kindysport is an exciting sports readiness sports program with classes for toddlers and preschoolers that introduces your child to FMS skills and a variety of sports in an encouraging environment. A fantastic range of age-appropriate games and equipment helps your child develop FMS and sports specific skills while building social skills, confidence and co-ordination.

We achieve this by:

  • teaching core skills with simple cues that help toddlers and preschoolers remember the correct techniques. For example, butterfly hands to catch.
  • using custom made interactive inflatables and age appropriate sporting equipment and games that young children enjoy and engage with.
  • placing an emphasis on fun and games play.

The 12 sports we introduce children to are tennis, netball, basketball, soccer, cricket, tball, athletics, hockey, rugby league, AFL, volleyball and golf.
